Highlight Rebrand

Since its establishment in 2008, Highlight has undergone significant transformation, including changes in our employees, scopes of work, and capabilities, ultimately leading to its status as a 100% Employee-Owned large business federal contractor. With new leadership on board, we recognized the need to refresh the organization's visual identity to better represent our vibrant culture, growth, and the customer spaces we serve across Health, Homeland, and Defense IT Services.

When tasked with re-imagining the brand, we focused on a couple core elements: a modern logo with flexibility as the company evolves, colors that reflect across our target customer spaces, a tribute to the original brand, and an homage to the name Highlight.
