This is one of my favorite projects that I have been able to work on. I grew up outside of Washington D.C. allowing me to go on countless trips to the National Mall and is now one of my favorite places. For me, this project was a deeper investigation to how the National Mall developed and grew. This poster incorporates isometric illustrations of each monument and museums, a color categorization, the architect and an interesting fact for each location, and a timeline of when each building opened officially.
